Originally from Vista, California, Rowan Zorilla rides for skate brands like Supreme and Baker Skateboards. This rider, who made the cover of Thrasher magazine and multiple memorable appearances in videos, is an essential member of the Vans skate team. He now adds another chapter to his story by launching his second signed skate shoe, the Rowan 2.

His free and fluid style as well as his mind-blowing ability to adapt to any spot have helped redefine the way future generations conceive skateboarding. With this in mind, Vans collaborated with Rowan to create the Rowan 2, a version developed from its first skate shoe signed with style and function improvements to help Rowan continue its evolution. The Rowan 2 is inspired by the design of vintage espadrilles and built with ImpactWaffle technology—a dual-density padding and Vans SickStick rubber that offer cutting-edge impact protection without sacrificing board feel.

SICKSTICK: The Rowan 2’s SickStick™ rubber raised edge sole features a multi-zone pattern on the forefoot to enhance grip and board control, as well as a Reverse Waffle sole pattern on the heel to improve shoe longevity.
