Wash with the greatest care
Down products are delicate and require special care to maintain optimal efficiency. Use a front-loading washing machine ONLY, wash them in warm water with mild detergent powder (no bleach) on a gentle cycle with slow spin. The rinse cycle may need to be repeated to ensure that detergent residue has been removed. An additional spin cycle can help remove excess water. Do not pull the product out of the washing machine, lift it from below.
