RETURNS

Please send us an email at [email protected] for confirmation and agreement before returning your order, be sure to attach the invoice.

We accept exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase.

All goods returned must be in their original condition, have not been worn, without stain, damage, odor or any conditions that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Items must have their original label and packaging. If the original packaging is too deteriorated, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including import duties and taxes in some cases.
O'street bvba shall not be liable for the refund or compensation of any package lost or damaged during the return.

REFUNDS

No refund in store, only when shopping online.

Your refund will be made on the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items.
We will send you a refund confirmation email.
The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 working days.

 

During our promotional actions (Black Friday, promo code, sales...), all items purchased are not refundable.

If one or more purchased items do not suit you, you can exchange the items by other items of the same value or by a voucher (valid in our 3 stores).
