The Lizzie Low, a variation of Lizzie Armanto’s iconic skate shoe, pushes as many boundaries as Lizzie herself by offering a unique solution to the universal problems of skate shoes, in a robust and durable model suitable for all skaters. They are designed with carefully studied materials and with a concern for inclusiveness. Lizzie and Vans are proud to offer something completely different for a new generation of skaters.
Our team has set ambitious goals for sustainable development. All our efforts, big or small, can have a positive impact. To obtain the VR3 Checkerboard globe logo, at least 30% of the product must consist of one or a combination of recycled, renewable and/or regenerative materials.
FEATURES:
• ORGANIC COTTON: The all-new upper (side panels, tongue and lining) is made from 100% organic cotton and suede. Vans leather products support responsible manufacturing through the Leather Working Group.
• UNIVERSAL COMFORT: This all-new performance silhouette was designed by Lizzie to meet the needs of more female skaters. Stretchy tongue straps provide more security and hold the tongue securely in place.
• BOARD FEEL AND IMPACT PROTECTION: Made from VR3CUSH™ foam made from 70% bio-based PU foam (Fates™) partially derived from plants, in accordance with ASTM D6866-16, the Lizzies rest on a new lower insole that provides better board feel and the shock protection you deserve.
LEGENDARY GRIP: a brand new flexible groove bottom plate, embossed studs in certain areas for extra strength and support and SickStick rubber™ (a compound made with 55% natural rubber harvested from trees and from sources that follow proven sustainable practices to reduce impacts on the planet) have been associated with the micro-patternembossed to offer the grip you expect from Vans and great comfort right out of the box.
• STRENGTH: DURACAP™ reinforcements in areas most exposed to wear, as well as a reinforced 3D DURACAP™ molded tip, provide increased strength.
